Why can I not see my club on the website?
We require prior approval from each club before featuring them and accepting donations on behalf of them. We want every club involved, if you represent one of the clubs missing from the site and wish to be added, please email clubs@donateaticket.com.
Does my club receive the full amount?
Yes, minus any transaction fees from the payment processor, each club will receive the full amount donated. We do not take any fees or commission from any transactions.
Where does my donation go?
Your donation is processed by a payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) and once received by us, will be sent to the football club you donated to within 5 working days.
Can I donate more than 1 ticket for a match?
Yes and no. You can't physically select more than 1 ticket in one transaction but you can click 'choose an amount' and manually enter the equivalent to however many tickets you wish to donate.
